Power-Gen 2013 –Mcilvaine GDPS on CCR and Effluent Guidelines Decisions |
Power-Gen 2013 was very helpful to coal fired power plant operators who are making decisions about how to meet the proposed CCR and Effluent standards. Mcilvaine provided a a road map to help utilities organize their time at the conference. The CCR and Effluent Global Decisions Positioning System™ (GdPS) was used to determine which stands and which papers will be of importance.
